We cant have a Fourth of July and not be at the lake. We went to Grannie and Pops this weekend (just a quick trip, drove down on Saturday morning and came home that night) and had a great time visiting with family. Connor was so excited to go fishing and see his new cabin that Grannie, Pops, Pete, and An Am have been fixing up for him. It looks fantastic and who would have thought that Connor would already have mail in his mailbox! We got to take a little boat ride with the pontoon paddle boat. Connor really enjoyed it. Although Daddy did pretty much all of the work. Connor and I were just along for the ride. Connor was also very excited to go on a tractor ride with Pete. We had a good visit with Grannie, Pops, Pete, An Am and Brian and Benita joined us later in the day. We split before the fireworks, but got home just in time to see plenty of them. It sounded like WWII in our front yard and Connor was scared silly. They had the whole street blocked off in front of our house. The view from the interstate was quite beautiful though. We got our own fireworks show without the noise!

Once again...a beautiful family moment captured with priceless photos! Love it!!!
Well! Once again you make our "little piece of paradise" look beautiful. An Am is pretty good with your camera too. It was great seeing you all. Hopefully there will be more fishing trips before summer ends. Love you all!
Connor looks like a pro fisherman :)
