Thatcher's Story

Thatcher's Story
I didn't want this to get lost in my list of posts, so I am creating a place so that everyone can easily access this link. Please read this touching story about baby Thatcher, our friends son who was born with a rare liver disease and is in need of a liver transplant. Jessie has worked closely with Brad for over 4 years and I became friends with her while working at WSA until I left last spring. Thatcher was born a month before Braden and this story really hits home for me. When I look at Braden I think about how incredibly lucky I am. This could just as easily be our him going through this. Jessie will most likely be the living donor for Thatcher and they are in need of our prayers! I promise you will be touched by reading this story. Thanks!

4 months old!!!

Connor will be 4 months old on Monday!!! I cant believe it! Time is going by so quickly. I remember all of my other friends with children talking about how fast it goes by, and man now I know what they mean! We call Connor our "little man" because he truly has such a manly appearance! It must be the hair! He is getting more fun every day! I love the mornings because he is always wakes up with a huge smile that just melts my heart. It is so hard to describe the love you have for your child, it is so amazing! Here are some pictures of Connor enjoying his Bumbo seat that we are borrowing from cousin Kaitlyn. (that is why it is purple) Hopefully it wont give Connor a complex when he grows up and sees these pictures! He loves it for now since it gives him a different view on things!
(NOTE: Observe Connor sticking his tongue out. His Pawpaw (great grandfather) taught him this!)
