Thatcher's Story

Thatcher's Story
I didn't want this to get lost in my list of posts, so I am creating a place so that everyone can easily access this link. Please read this touching story about baby Thatcher, our friends son who was born with a rare liver disease and is in need of a liver transplant. Jessie has worked closely with Brad for over 4 years and I became friends with her while working at WSA until I left last spring. Thatcher was born a month before Braden and this story really hits home for me. When I look at Braden I think about how incredibly lucky I am. This could just as easily be our him going through this. Jessie will most likely be the living donor for Thatcher and they are in need of our prayers! I promise you will be touched by reading this story. Thanks!

For Sale!

Well, it is official- we put our house up for sale on Friday! It is kind of a scary thought because we have never went through this process before since we built this house. As most of you know we fell in love with a house about a month ago. We weren't really actively looking to move, but we have always known what we wanted in our next home and we just happened to find it! It is in a neighborhood not far from the one we are in now and we have always loved it there. There is a nice pool, sand volleyball court, and huge playground for Connor to enjoy! We made an offer on the house and they finally excepted it after going back and forth for about a week. I am a little nervous at the thought of trying to keep a spotless house with a 6 1/2 month old that it fixing to be very mobile! It is going to make things very interesting to say the least! Please pray for us that we sell our house so that we may get the other one before someone else snags it away!
