Making the decision to have a child - it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking outside your body.

Thatcher's Story
I didn't want this to get lost in my list of posts, so I am creating a place so that everyone can easily access this link. Please read this touching story about baby Thatcher, our friends son who was born with a rare liver disease and is in need of a liver transplant. Jessie has worked closely with Brad for over 4 years and I became friends with her while working at WSA until I left last spring. Thatcher was born a month before Braden and this story really hits home for me. When I look at Braden I think about how incredibly lucky I am. This could just as easily be our him going through this. Jessie will most likely be the living donor for Thatcher and they are in need of our prayers! I promise you will be touched by reading this story. Thanks!
He is just too cute when he laughs. Dad and I enjoyed our time with Connor this weekend. I am ready to come back and keep him. You two plan to go somewhere again real soon so I can come keep him. Love to you all, Nonna
Connor is too adorable. He has grown so much. We're very sorry to hear about your grandfather, we're thinking about you. love you guys brian, lady and rachel
Tara and Brad, I have played and played Connor's laugh so many times. With all the pictures you print and now with the new camera, I feel like I am not so far away from him. Keep up the good work hon, I check everyday to see if you have sent new ones. Love you all and I miss you so much. Love always, Grandma and GREAT grandma xxx
Mommy and Daddy were high school sweethearts and started dating when Daddy was 15 and Mommy was 13. We were raised in the same hometown of Rockwood, TN in the heart of the beautiful East Tennessee mountains. We both attended college at Roane State Comm. College and graduated at The University of Tennessee. Daddy earned a masters degree in Urban and Transportation Planning. Mommy earned her Bachelors in Interior Design/Architecture. They were married on June 8th, 2002 in Knoxville, TN and now reside in the Nashville suburbs. On December 18th, 2006 their lives were changed forever when they gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Connor. Currently Daddy and Mommy work at the same engineering company and are enjoying raising their 2 boys (Connor and Cooper-dog)
